Various training packages are available depending on your current level of experience, and help given in setting up your office and ensuring you get off to a great start.

We are currently looking for experienced operators, who have a good knowledge of the trade and an understanding of the many aspects of controlling stock/maximising the profitability of the business. All our current Associates have had previously successful careers in the hotel and catering industry, and have realised the huge advantages of working for themselves, leaving behind the long and unsociable hours.

As an Associate, you will have the backup and support of our own buying group, Pubs4profit, whose aim is to maximise the profitability of the client by working towards the best price achievable, which for the small operator could give access to prices only enjoyed by large companies. We work closely with some of the largest food and drinks suppliers in the UK, which will bring an important additional revenue to your business, in the form of ongoing commission from your clients. We also offer a host of other referral businesses that you could also be a part of, all to assist and lock in our clients for the future.

Associate Packages

Bronze package – £2995 + VAT – suitable for the experienced Stock Auditor.

This includes a copy of the licensed software, installation, software training (1 day), 3 months initial free membership to LTA/P4P. 12 months software support, personalised business cards/letterheads. Personalised email address and your own website specific to your area, linked to the master one, with all enquiries going direct to you!

Silver package – £5995 + VAT – suitable for the inexperienced Auditor.

All the bronze package benefits, plus an additional comprehensive three day training program, including 3 nights hotel accommodation/meals. Problem solving guidance notes/12 months support on stock auditing issues. Guidance on setting up your own office, and presenting yourself to potential clients.
